For English and French, we are happy to translate your texts as part of one of our maintenance contracts or as part of an individual order, even directly in the backend of your website. Unlike working with most external translators, you no longer need to copy and paste source texts.
We use modern CAT (computer-aided translation) systems. For recurring translation jobs, we also create a customized glossary to ensure that technical terms and recurring terms are translated consistently.
Because we have in-house translation expertise for these languages, we can provide this service quickly and easily.
Of course, we can also proofread your translations and adjust them linguistically and stylistically. If you wish, we can do this directly in the backend of your website to keep your costs as low as possible. Since proofreading is usually faster than creating a new translation, you can control your costs even better – without sacrificing the security of the proven double-checking principle.

In order to offer you the best value for money, we use a combination of CAT and machine translation. This means that we use machine translation services, which are then reviewed, standardized and stylistically adapted by our human translators.
For recurring translation jobs, we can also create a customized glossary to ensure that technical and recurring terms are translated consistently.
If we do not have access to the appropriate expertise within our ranks, we will be happy to search for a suitable translator on your behalf and enter the texts directly into your backend as usual. We will be happy to handle the communication and invoicing with the translator for you.

Smaller translation jobs for English and French, such as pop-ups, short info and blog texts, menu entries or button labels, will be charged directly to the time budget of your individual website maintenance contract, if you have one. You won’t even notice it on your monthly invoice.
Larger texts and initial translations (i.e. when the entire page needs to be translated) are usually charged per standard line. A standard line is 55 characters (including spaces). The price per standard line for simple texts is € 1.60 net. We only charge extra if the translation is particularly complicated or urgent, or if the source text is not available in a machine-readable format.
